Important information regarding lesson cancellations and rescheduling
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel a lesson. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled lessons to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
We will endeavour to reschedule the appointment with mutual agreement.
Notice Period & Charges
In the unlikely event that 48 hours notice is not given we will have to charge the full lesson amount.
